System requirements

Windows 10/11 or Windows Server 2016 or later, 64-bit · 4 GB RAM · 3 GB disk · Administrator rights to install. No internet needed after download — the database (PostgreSQL 18) is included in the installer.

Install in 4 steps

Run the installer as administrator. SmartScreen may warn "unknown publisher" → More info → Run anyway (we publish the SHA-256 above precisely so you can verify what you run).
On the Database Setup screen, keep "Set up automatically (Recommended)" — HotelOps installs its own private database. (Larger properties with their own PostgreSQL server can choose the advanced option instead.)
Optionally tick the sample hotel — The Yourgold Boutique, Jaipur — to explore with realistic data first.
Your browser opens at http://localhost:3001 → sign in superadmin / Admin@123456 → set your own password.

Reinstalling over live data is guarded: Setup detects an existing hotel database and requires typing ERASE before it will touch anything. Activating a purchased license later needs no reinstall — add it under License in the app.
